Services and scope

Davante SEO offers one-time Shopify store audits, on-page SEO work, design refreshes, and broader store optimization services. The service description at the time of purchase and any written scope agreed with the customer govern the project. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Customer requirements

You are responsible for supplying an accurate store URL, a working contact email and the information needed to complete the project. For any agreed store edits, you must have authority to grant suitable access. Never share account passwords using the project form.

Delivery and communication

We communicate electronically and deliver agreed written reports or completion summaries by email. Any project-specific timeline should be agreed before work starts; the site does not promise a fixed turnaround for every order.

Results and limitations

SEO and design improvements do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic, conversion rates or sales. Your Shopify subscription, third-party apps and other provider fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your store and content. Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates and materials. Rights in specifically commissioned deliverables will be confirmed in the agreed project scope.
